WARRANTY

Dear Costumer

Filters manufactured by Filtrec S.p.A. are guaranteed to be free from defects in production and workmanship. This warranty does not apply if the filter has been abused, damaged or improperly installed or changed without following the equipment manufacturer’s
recommended service intervals.

If a Filtrec filter is found to be defective in production or workmanship during the period of service life recommended, Filtrec S.p.A. will replace the defective filter with another one with the same characteristics.

Filtrec S.p.A. Technical Services Department reserves the right to examine the equipment and the filter that has to be redelivered for
checking. Engine and equipment manufaturer’s warranties are not affected when Filtrec product is installed and used.

It’s expressly agreed that no warranty of merchantability or any other warranty, expressed or implied, is made by Filtrec S.p.A.
